How can I reserve?

Reservation can be made in different ways:

1. Online/Website

Fill in the contact booking form under the selected programme on our website. You will receive a binding booking confirmation during 24 hours.

2. E-Mail

Send your booking request by e-mail to reservation@fts-events.com and you will receive your binding booking confirmation during 24 hours.

3. WhatsApp Message

Send your booking request by WhatsApp message to +49-163-1292356 in German, English or Arabic and you will receive your binding booking confirmation during 24 hours as PDF to your WhatsApp or E-Mail. In case you prefer receiving your confirmation by E-Mail, make sure to mention your E-Mail address.

How do I pay?

Payment is usually made on the pick up for your reserved programme. Cash payment is required in Euro, Pound Sterling or Egyptian Pound (according to the actual exchange rate to the Euro).

For some programmes, where we have to made payments in advance (e.g. hotel reservations, round trips, Nile cruises, etc.), a down payment is required. The amount of the down payment vary between the different programmes. You will find detailed information in the programme description under “Prices” on our website. Programmes which require a down payment are considered binding after receiving of the down payment.

How can I cancel a reservation? Which costs will occur?

Cancellation of a reservation should be made as early as possible and in written (E-Mail or WhatsApp message).

Cancellation fees will be applied as a generalized percentage for regular and group tours and if not mentioned otherwise in the programme description on our website, as following:

  • Up to 24 hours before the starting date no cancellation fees will be applied.
  • Less than 24 hours before the starting of the programme a cancellation fee of 50% will be applied.
  • In case of no show 100% of the programme price will be calculated as cancellation fee.
